Condition

Per Seller: This unit sustained damage on June 19, 2012, when it fell approx.15ft through a sidewalk while being used during the construction of a parking garage.  Damage includes, but is not limited to: axles, drive motor and boom sections.  There has been no work done to this unit.  This unit  will start, run and move under it’s own power but only has three wheels.  Please bid accordingly.   

Load out assistance is available at location for an additional fee.  Such fees are to be confirmed and contracted by Buyer (In addition to any submitted bid amount).  Please NOTE that the location requires 24 hours advance notice for load out assistance.  Location stated that this unit will require a rollback trailer with a winch or a dove tail trailer with a winch for removal.

Removal: Monday - Friday (8:00AM to 4:00PM EST)

Lot Terms

  • ALL bids made by bidders are contractually binding and the selected winning bidder is required to complete all transactions. Defaulting bidders will be assessed a Default Penalty, as set forth in the Standard Fee Schedule, and will be barred from bidding.
  • Payment in full is required within 3 days of the invoice date. A 2% late fee will be added for all payments received after that date.

  • Any claims of material shortages in quantity or other material discrepancies of the goods from their posted description must be communicated in writing by submitting an online Claim Dispute form to AssetNation via the Customer Care Contact Us page prior to 5:00 p.m. (Central) on the second business day after the scheduled Pickup Date.
