Per seller:
On 8/1/2012, these items were damaged in transit and exposed to sea water while in containers. Visible damage sustained includes rusty spots. Sample testing reveals that about 20% of the shipment is damaged, with only 1-2 pieces being rusted in each set. In a few cases, 3-4 pieces of the 32 in each set showed signs of slight rusting. Some of the inner partitions of the boxes showed signs of wetness.
Location MUST perform all load-out as Buyer is not permitted to bring any equipment on the premises other than transportation. Man hours will be billed to the buyer, per the regulations of the warehouse location, and are estimated at $15/Hour. Estimated loading times are 20Ft. Container/1 – 1.5 Hours and 40 Ft. Container/2.5-3.5 Hours. Any use of warehouse equipment for load-out purposes will not be charged. Buyer MUST confirm all load-out details and pricing when calling to schedule with the location. A minimum 24-Hour notice prior to pick-up is required.
Buyer must sign Brand Protection Agreement advising the intended use and/or distribution.

- ALL bids made by bidders are contractually binding and the selected winning bidder is required to complete all transactions. Defaulting bidders will be assessed a Default Penalty, as set forth in the Standard Fee Schedule, and will be barred from bidding.
