Condition

Per Seller: On June 27, 2012, this unit was damaged due to flood water from Hurricane Isaac. The unit is nonoperational. Please refer to the attached photos. Please bid accordingly.

The location can assist with load out at no charge. Location requires at least a 24 hour advance notice prior to pick up. Removal hours are Monday - Friday (9AM to 4PM EST).

NOTE:  This unit must be removed no later than November 28, 2012. If unit is not removed by November 28, 2012 there will be a storage fee due on the buyers expense. Fee can be discussed with location at time removal is scheduled if after removal deadline.

Lot Terms

  • ALL bids made by bidders are contractually binding and the selected winning bidder is required to complete all transactions. Defaulting bidders will be assessed a Default Penalty, as set forth in the Standard Fee Schedule, and will be barred from bidding.
  • Payment in full is required within 3 days of the invoice date. A 2% late fee will be added for all payments received after that date.
  • Removal Deadline: 10 days after the invoice is generated. Unclaimed items beyond the removal deadline are subject to additional fees and forfeiture. Please refer to our website rules.
