Condition
Per Seller: On September 20, 2012, this unit was delivered to the job site with visual damage. This unit is nonoperational. The entire top of the unit has been crushed. It appears another container may have been placed on top of it during transit. Damage includes but is not limited to: fan covers and surrounding metal frames for 10 coils bent, torn and partially missing, 10 fan motors impacted at top with motor shaft's bent, main frame found visibly bent at center from apparent impact and possible damage to various copper pipes due to bending of frame. Although the upper section of the unit had clearly been heavily damaged, there were within the frame the following items which were probably undamaged: 3 compressors, 2 condenser barrels, 1 refrigerant tank, 1 expansion tank and 19 (of 20) coils. Please refer to the attached photos. Please bid accordingly.
The location is unable to assist with load out. The site states a crane will be needed to remove this unit. The unit is in a 40ft flat rate container. Buyer is responsible for all labor, equipment, logistics and associated fees to pick up the unit. Location requires at least a 24 hour advance notice prior to pick up. Removal hours are Monday - Thursday (6AM to 4PM PT).
Lot Terms
- This lot is subject to all auction terms and the AssetNation member agreement.
- ALL bids made by bidders are contractually binding and the selected winning bidder is required to complete all transactions. Defaulting bidders will be assessed a Default Penalty, as set forth in the Standard Fee Schedule, and will be barred from bidding.

Failure to comply with this requirement may result in a $50 per lot/per day storage fee, fines or additional costs to the buyer.
- Bidders are obligated to complete transactions on all winning bids awarded to them. If a Seller chooses not to select a winner on any individual lot, bidders are still obligated to complete transactions on all lots they were awarded.
