Per seller:
On 09/05/2012 the trailer was involved in a roll over. Damage includes, but is not limited to the frame, fenders, wheels & tires, tank, dolly legs and hydraulic lines and pump.
Per location:
The unit will not operate in its current condition. Please bid accordingly.
Location cannot assist with loading. The buyer is responsible for any and all labor and equipment to load the unit. Any fees incurred for the loading are on account of the Buyer and in addition to the purchase price. Location requires at least 48 hours notice prior to pick up. Business hours are M-F 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Storage charges of $26.66/day will accrue on account of buyer (in addition to any submitted amount) beginning 12/24/2012
Salvage title/titles will be forwarded to buyer within approximately 30 - 45 days after the vehicle(s) has been picked up.
Lot Terms

- ALL bids made by bidders are contractually binding and the selected winning bidder is required to complete all transactions. Defaulting bidders will be assessed a Default Penalty, as set forth in the Standard Fee Schedule, and will be barred from bidding.
- Payment in full is required within 3 days of the invoice date. A 2% late fee will be added for all payments received after that date.
- Removal Deadline: 10 days after the invoice is generated. Unclaimed items beyond the removal deadline are subject to additional fees and forfeiture. Please refer to our website rules.
