Condition
Per Seller: This unit sustained damage on August 22, 2012, when it was submerged in salt water. The unit was being operated in a swamp area to remove mangroves when it slid into the water. Damage includes, but is not limited to:engine, transmission, radiator, hydraulic cylinders, hydro lines, hydro cylinders, wiring harnesses, oil cooler unit, air cleaner assembly, blower fan assembly, fuel lines, fuel pump, throttle cable, thermostat, compressor, tracks, AC unit, and turbo. The unit does not start, run or operate in its current condition. Per Seller, the pictures show the unit disassembled for damage inspection. The unit will be reassemble prior to removal and all parts are included in the sale. Please bid accordingly.
There is no load out assistance. Buyer is responsible for all labor, equipment, logistics and associated fees to pick up the unit. Location requires at least 24 hours notice prior to pick up.
Lot Terms
- ALL bids made by bidders are contractually binding and the selected winning bidder is required to complete all transactions. Defaulting bidders will be assessed a Default Penalty, as set forth in the Standard Fee Schedule, and will be barred from bidding.
- Payment in full is required within 3 days of the invoice date. A 2% late fee will be added for all payments received after that date.
