Condition
Per Seller: On August 14, 2012, this unit rolled over and damaged the arm. Damage includes but is not limited to: dead batteries; bucket, large dent in passenger door, broken mirror and missing glove box. Please refer to the attached photos. Please bid accordingly.
The location is able to assist with load out for a fee. The fee will be discussed at time removal is scheduled. Buyer is responsible for all labor, equipment, logistics and associated fees to pick up the unit. Location requires at least a 24 hour advance notice prior to pick up. Removal hours are Monday - Friday (9AM to 4PM MT).
IMPORTANT: This unit must be removed by December 26, 2012. If this unit is not removed by December 26, 2012 there will be a storage fee of $25.00 per day on the buyers expense.
Lot Terms
- ALL bids made by bidders are contractually binding and the selected winning bidder is required to complete all transactions. Defaulting bidders will be assessed a Default Penalty, as set forth in the Standard Fee Schedule, and will be barred from bidding.
- Payment in full is required within 3 days of the invoice date. A 2% late fee will be added for all payments received after that date.
- Removal Deadline: 10 days after the invoice is generated. Unclaimed items beyond the removal deadline are subject to additional fees and forfeiture. Please refer to our website rules.

- Items in this listing are offered "AS IS WHERE IS" and the Buyer is responsible for all logistics, transportation, loading, and associated costs.
- Escrowed funds will be distributed to the seller upon the earlier of (i) removal of the goods or (ii) the second business day after the scheduled Removal Date, regardless of whether the goods have been picked up by such date.
