Per Seller:
On or about December 21, 2011 the unit was damaged by fire. The unit was located on the job site, when a worker discovered a flame coming from the unit. The employee extinguished the flame but, the damage to the unit was extensive. The origin of the fire was determined to have been electrical in nature. As a result, the unit sustained fire damage as shown in the photos. Damage includes but is not limited to; the cab, engine, fuel tank, hydraulic pumps, tires, and/or electrical components. Any additional damages cannot be confirmed since a thorough inspection was not performed. Please bid accordingly.

There is no load out assistance available at location. Buyer is responsible for all labor, equipment, logistics and associated fees to pick up the unit(s).

Buyer is required to schedule pick-up of the unit, the notice must be placed 48 hours in advance of pick-up.

• ALL bids made by bidders are contractually binding and the selected winning bidder is required to complete all transactions. Defaulting bidders will be assessed a Default Penalty, as set forth in the Standard Fee Schedule, and will be barred from bidding.
• Items in this listing are offered "AS IS WHERE IS" and the Buyer is responsible for all logistics, transportation, loading, and associated costs.

• Must be picked up no later than 10 days after a winning bid is selected.

• As of the second business day after the scheduled Pickup Date, the Buyer will have no rights to make any claims regarding material shortages in quantity or other material discrepancies of the goods from their posted description.
• Escrowed funds will be distributed to the seller upon the earlier of (i) pick up of the goods or (ii) the second business day after the scheduled Pick Up Date, regardless of whether the goods have been picked up by such date.
