Per Seller:
On 12/20/2011 the cooling tower comes in 2 sections, the top coil section and the lower motor/fan section. In trying to take the unit off of the truck making the delivery, the handler dropped the top section onto the ground. Damage includes but is not limited to the coil and the coil case. In addition to the cosmetic damage, the coil may no longer be square and true, thus will not mate properly with the base and will result in leakage.

- An invoice will be sent to the selected winning buyer via e-mail; full payment is contractually required within 3 days of the invoice date. A 2% Late Fee is added for all late payments.
- ALL bids made by bidders are contractually binding and the selected winning bidder is required to complete all transactions. Defaulting bidders will be assessed a Default Penalty, as set forth in the Standard Fee Schedule, and will be barred from bidding.
